Tyga is known as a rapper, songwriter, actor and more. He got his breakthrough in the hip hop industry when he signed with Young Money Entertainment, Cash Money Records, and Republic Records in 2011. He released his debut album on the label, ‘Careless World: Rise of the Last King’ in 2012, and it included a lot of successful tracks that featured appearances by other well known rappers, including Lil Wayne and Drake. He went on to release more albums with appearances by Offset and Chris Brown.
Tyga, who is Vietnamese and Jamaican, grew up with and inspired by rap. He listened to legendary rappers such as Fabolous, Cam’ron and Eminem and it helped influence his career path.
