After Justin's arrest on Jan. 23, could he be kicked out of the country? HollywoodLife.com has learned exclusively that it's not out of the question. Justin Bieber was charged arrested for driving with an expired license, resisting arrest without violence and driving under the influence, after leaving a club in Miami. While he's already out on bond, he could actually be used as an example, and therefore be deported, Michael Wildes, an immigration expert told HollywoodLife.com exclusively.

“Although traffic violations are not normally considered removable offenses, in this case the Immigration Authorities could make the case that the seriousness of the drag racing offense, when coupled with Bieber’s blood alcohol level, is egregious enough to offend the public conscious and be considered a crime of moral turpitude for immigration purposes,” Michael Wildes, a leading immigration expert, and a Managing Partner at Wildes & Weinberg P.C. told us.

Justin is currently in the U.S. on an O-1 visa, which is obtained by those with “extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics,” the U.S. visa policy states.

Justin Being In U.S. Is ‘A Privilege, Not A Right’

Regardless if Justin was charged with one crime or three, he must remember that he does not have a get out of jail free card, the expert said.

“If Bieber is only charged with one offense for which the maximum penalty is six months in jail, it is likely that he would qualify for an exception under the immigration laws,” he added — however, we know that he was charged with all three.

“Having a visa to remain in the United States on a temporary basis is a privilege, not a right,” he added. “Immigration Authorities have more of an incentive to go after the talented entertainer to set an example for others.”
