I nearly lost my mind when country superstar Jana Kramer posted this photo on May 20, of her at a Napa Valley vineyard. Her LEGS! Her fans went crazy in the comments begging for her workout -- and we got it from her trainer!

We all know Carrie Underwood is totally GOALS with her super fit arms and legs, but is Jana Kramer the new Country Queen? Her body looks better than ever! Jana’s trainer is Erin Oprea, a USANA Fitness Ambassador. Erin told HollywoodLife.com: “Jana’s worked hard for these gorgeous, strong legs. Here is a glimpse into how I helped her sculpt them into what they are today. This is the style of training I use with Jana and all my other great clients as well. Try out this sample of one workout that you can fit into your training schedule — it can be done anywhere! If it’s not challenging enough then feel free to add weights to these moves! Here are three great examples but know that attacking different angles of your legs with the vast array of leg workouts out there is truly the key to getting your own Jana-esque legs!!”

“Exercise 1: Squat into Lunge
Squat down on your right leg, left toes lightly touching the floor for balance. Without standing up, take your left leg back into a lunge. Keep your right leg bent and return your left leg to starting position.
Perform 15 times per leg. 3 sets.

Exercise 2: Sumo Squat Jump Taps
Lower into a sumo squat, then jump up and quickly tap your feet together in the air before going wide again with your feet. Land in a sumo squat.
Perform for 30 seconds. 3 sets.

Exercise 3: Curtsy Lunge
Lunge back with your right leg, crossing it behind your left leg (as if you were doing a dramatic curtsy). Bend both knees until your left leg forms a 90-degree angle. Then drive through your left heel and lift your right leg, balancing on your left leg.
Perform 15 times per leg. 3 sets.”
